Luz Flaviana Castañeda Morales has a Master of Administration degree from the National Autonomous University of Mexico (UNAM) and a degree in Sociology from the Autonomous Metropolitan University. More than 10 years working in the public and non-profit sectors have given her a wealth of experience in program and project management, as well as the development of operational, administrative and accounting processes.
As part of the Project Management and Regional Corporate Services Coordination team, Castañeda will work to bridge the gap between Regional Offices and Corporate Services at HQ through the use of robust coordination mechanisms.
