Director of Digital Transformation Education at Oxford’s Blavatnik School of Government, where he focuses on technology and public policy. He co-chairs the World Economic Forum’s Global Future Council on Technology Policy and serves on the OECD’s AI Futures Expert Group. Previously, he was Deputy Secretary at Singapore’s Ministry of Communications & Information and held key roles in the Singapore government. Recognized as a Young Global Leader by the World Economic Forum, he holds a Ph.D. from Oxford, an MA from Yale, and a BA from Oxford.
